My name is Sheilla ‘Shei’ Mamona, (pronounced Shay). I’m a freelance journalist and broadcaster with experience in beauty, travel, entertainment, sports, and race & identity.

I wear many hats, and have secured bylines in some of the biggest publications in the world such as British Vogue, Glamour Magazine, Marie Claire while balancing managing an all Black & Brown Professional Snowboarding crew – TDI.

I have experience speaking at some of the biggest panel stages in the world. I’ve had the priviledge to host panels at the WebSummit, The WIRED Smarter Summit, GLAMOUR’s Empowerment Summit, The biggest luxury Black beauty event in Europe: The Beauty Beat. I’ve also worked with brands such as Tinder, Neutrogena, Schwarzkopf either hosting panels or doing video content.

I’ve also hosted GLAMOUR’s Women of the Year Awards Red Carpet, twice in a row, live on TikTok.
